论国内学者对“幼儿教师职业适应”的研究情况--基于CNKI硕博论文(2006―2015)的分析 被引量:3

摘要 幼儿教师是幼儿教育事业发展的关键,随着我国幼教事业的改革、发展与推进,加强幼儿教师的职业适应研究的需要日益凸显。目前,国内学者对"幼儿教师职业适应"的研究还存在诸多问题,如研究对象单一、研究视角单一、研究方法单一、研究内容不深入、研究地域结构失衡、缺乏系统化研究、研究静态片面等问题明显,还没有形成适合我国幼儿教育实际的幼儿教师职业适应理论。今后,应加强幼儿教师职业适应理论研究,借鉴国内外研究成果,加强本土化研究,加强东西部地区差异性研究,加强多维、动态和立体化研究,加强特殊幼儿教师群体的研究,促进我国幼儿教师职业适应研究和幼儿教师专业化发展,乃至幼教事业的发展。 Kindergarten teachers are of vital importance to the development of children’s education and paying greater attention to the research of their professional adaptation,therefore,is increasingly imperative at a time of constant reform and advancement of the course of children’s education of our country.Due to limitations of current research on this subject– single-object research,single perspectiveness,single-method approaches,lack of profundity,unbalanced geographical structure,unsystematic and static research programs– it would be some time before a system of theories fitting research of this field suitable to realities of China takes shape.In the future,greater importance should be attached to theoretic research of professional adaptation of the kindergarten teachers to promote their own development and even the advancement of children’s education in general through taking the following measures:introducing the latest domestic and international research results;increasing momentum in domestic research efforts;paying attention to the research on difference between the East and the West of China;adopting multi-dimensional,multi-layer and dynamic approaches;and paying greater attention to kindergarten teachers of special children.
