摘要
从近年大规模撤稿和不合理弃稿事件,对科技期刊三审制中的同行评议所存在的问题进行了分析,提出了改进建议;对比了国内外处理学术造假事件的情况,得出:没有完美无缺的审稿制度,加大造假者的处罚力度,才是杜绝此类学术造假的关键。
From the large-scale withdrawals and unreasonable abandonment cases in recent years,this paper analyzes the existing problems of peer review evaluation in the reviewing system and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Comparing the situation of dealing with academic counterfeiting at home and abroad,we come to the conclusion that there is no perfect reviewing system and the punishment of frauds is the key to stop such academic fraud.
