抗生素降阶梯治疗老年重症肺炎的效果与对肺功能的影响研究

Study on the effect of antibiotics on the treatment of severe pneumonia and its effect on lung function

目的研究抗生素降阶梯疗法在老年重症肺炎中的应用价值。方法选择老年重症肺炎病患50例,并将之按照奇偶数字分组原理分成实验组和对照组,各25例。实验组采用抗生素降阶梯疗法,对照组采用常规抗生素疗法。观察两组用药后肺功能的改善情况,比较咳嗽消失时间等指标。结果实验组治疗的总有效率为96.0%,明显比对照组的84.0%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的肺功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的咳嗽消失时间为(9.48±2.57)d、退热时间为(10.61±1.23)d,均明显比对照组的(13.41±3.56)d、(14.67±2.61)d短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极对老年重症肺炎病患施以抗生素降阶梯治疗,可显著改善其肺功能,促进病情康复,提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the application value of antibiotic step-down therapy in severe pneumonia.Methods 50 patients with severe pneumonia were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of odd-couple digital grouping.The experimental group was treated with antibiotic therapy,and routine antibiotic therapy was used in the control group.To observe the improvement of lung function after two groups of drugs,and compare the time of cough disappeared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.0%,significantly higher than 84.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lung function after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of the cough in the experimental group was(9.48±2.57)d,and the acetaminophen(10.61±1.23)d was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.41±3.56)d,(14.67±2.61)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can improve the lung function,promote the recovery and improve the clinical efficacy.
