临床合理应用头孢硫脒的药学干预方法研究及分析

目的探讨研究临床合理应用头孢硫脒的药学干预方法。方法收集给予头孢硫脒治疗的74例患者,作为研究对象,电脑随机分为两组,干预组(n=37)与对照组(n=37)。对照组未接受药学干预,干预组接受临床药学干预,观察分析临床用药情况。结果关于头孢硫脒,干预组,用药不合格率为10.8%(4/37),对照组为24.3%(9/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比药品利用指数及使用频率,干预组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强药学干预,可增加头孢硫脒用药合理性,提高药物利用率。

Objective To explore the method of pharmacological intervention for the rational application of cefthiamidine in clinic.Methods 74 patients treated with cephalodiphenyl were collected,and the computer was randomly divided into two groups,the intervention group(n=37)and the control group(n=37).In the control group,there was no pharmacological intervention,intervention group,clinical pharmacological intervention,and observation and analysis of clinical medication.Results In the intervention group,the non-compliance rate was 10.8%(4/37),and the control group was 24.3%(9/37),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the intervention group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the pharmacological intervention can increase the rationality of cefothiamidine and improve the utilization rate of drugs.
