产后康复治疗仪对产妇康复的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument on the recovery of women

目的就产后康复治疗仪在产妇分娩后促进吸恢复方面的综合效果加以分析。方法本次研究共纳入剖宫产病例84例,按照盲选方案于组内任意选取42例,单方面按照本院常规方法进行康复指导,作为对照组,余下42例则需要借助产后康复治疗仪进行治疗,为观察组。针对恢复效果间差异进行对比。结果经过比较可以发现,辅以产后康复治疗仪进行康复治疗的观察组在乳汁分泌情况、产后排气以及排尿等方面情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论借助产后康复治疗仪进行产后康复,能帮助产妇在短时间内恢复,对于保障产妇健康有着重要意义。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive effect of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument on the promotion of recovery after delivery.Methods This study included 84 cases of cesarean section(all in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017,according to the scheme of blind cases)in the group randomly selected 42 cases of our hospital in hospital rehabilitation unilaterally by conventional methods,as the control group,the remaining 42 patients to treatment with postpartum rehabilitation treatment,as the observation group.The difference between the recovery effect is compared.Results After comparison,it was found that the milk secretion,postpartum exhaust and micturition in the observation group supplemented by the postpartum rehabilitation therapy apparatus were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum rehabilitation with the aid of postpartum rehabilitation therapy instrument can help the women recover in a short time,and it is of great significance to ensure the health of women.
