降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白联合检验对上呼吸道感染早期诊断的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨降钙素原与超敏C反应蛋白联合检验对上呼吸道感染早期诊断的价值。方法选取上呼吸道感染患者50例,非感染患者50例,体检健康者50例,分别设为感染组、非感染组和健康组,分别给予电化学发光法与散射免疫比浊法对血清中的降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量进行检测。结果感染组的PCT检测阳性率为84.00%,显著高于非感染组的22.00%和健康组的6.00%;感染组的hsCRP检测阳性率为90.00%,显著高于非感染组的34.00%和健康组的24.00%(P<0.05)。联合PCT、hs-CRP诊断灵敏度92.00%和特异度86.00%较单独检测显著高(P<0.05)。结论 PCT联合hs-CRP进行检测,有助于早期的上呼吸道感染诊断,联合诊断特异度及灵敏度较高,能够为临床使治疗提供参考,避免滥用抗菌药。 Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of procalcitonin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the early diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 50 patients with upper respiratory tract infection,50 with non-infected patients and 50 with physical examination were selected as infection group,non-infection group and healthy group.Electrochemiluminescence method and immunoturbidimetry method were used to evaluate the serum levels.Procalcitonin(PCT)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels were measured.Results The positive rate of PCT detection in infection group was 84.00%,which was significantly higher than 22.00%in non-infection group and 6.00%in healthy group.The positive rate of hs-CRP detection in infection group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 34.00%in non-infection group.24.00%of the healthy and healthy groups(P<0.05).The combination of PCT,hs-CRP diagnostic sensitivity 92.00%and specificity 86.00%significantly higher than the detection alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of PCT combined with hs-CRP is helpful for the diagnosis of early upper respiratory tract infections.The combined diagnosis has high specificity and sensitivity,which can provide reference for clinical treatment and avoid the abuse of antibacterial drugs.
