彩色多普勒超声应用于输尿管结石中的诊断价值

Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi

目的分析将彩色多普勒超声应用于输尿管结石诊断中的价值。方法将112例输尿管结石患者分为对照组(二维超声诊断)和实验组(彩色多普勒超声诊断),比较两种方法的结石检出率。结果实验组患者在输尿管上段、中段以及下段的检出率100.0%、100.0%、100.0%明显高于对照组84.0%、62.5%、73.3%,且(P<0.05)。结论相比于二维超声,彩色多普勒超声诊断输尿管结石检出率高,可以作为临床上诊断输尿管结石的首选方案。

Objective Analysis of the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi.Methods The value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi was analyzed.One hundred and twelve patients with ureteral calculi were divided into control group(two-dimensional ultrasound)and experimental group(color Doppler ultrasound)Stone detection rate.Results The detection rate of the upper ureter,the middle and the lower ureter was 100.0%,100.0%,100.0%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.0%,62.5%,73.3%,and(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of ureteral stones,the detection rate can be used as a clinical diagnosis of ureteral stones preferred program.
