宣钢炼钢能源数据采集系统的开发

DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM OF XUANSTEEL STEELMAKING

阐述了宣钢二钢轧厂150 t炉区炼钢能源数据采集技术的特点和炼钢能源数据采集管理程序编制的思路。介绍了二钢轧厂利用西门子PLC和计算机OPC编程技术,实现了炼钢能源数据采集统计管理的效果。炼钢能源消耗数据的自动采集、显示和导出,加强了炼钢能耗管理,减少了生产中的跑、冒、滴、漏现象。

This paper introduces the characteristics of energy data acquisition technology for 150 t furnace steelmaking in Xuansteel No.2 rolling plant and the programming idea of data collection and management.The effect of data acquisition and statistics management of steelmaking energy is realized by using SIEMENS PLC and computer OPC programming technology in No.2 steel rolling mill.The automatic collection,display and export of steel-making energy consumption data has strengthened the management of energy consumption and reduced the phenomenon of running,dropping and leaking in production.
