摘要
承钢公司150t转炉炼钢系统顺应市场形势,结合自身的生产装备与技术水平,以含钒磁铁矿的双联工艺特点,围绕产品、质量、成本对生产组织过程的影响,从工艺流、时间流、平台流、物质流、现金流5个流进行生产优化和实践。该炼钢生产线通过高水平的生产组织模式,优化工艺流程,降低工序成本,加快炼钢生产节奏,减少炼钢过程的损耗和能耗。
Combined with its own production equipment and technical level,the steel-making system of Chengsteel 150 t converter conforms to the market situation.With the characteristics of the dual process of vanadium bearing magnetite,production optimization and practice have been carried out in 5 aspects:process flow,time flow,platform flow,material flow and cash flow to research the impact of product,quality and cost on the process of production organization.Through the high level production organization mode,the steelmaking production line optimizes the process flow,reduces the process cost,speeds up the steelmaking production rhythm,and reduces the loss and energy consumption of the steelmaking process.
