摘要
分析了钢铁工业信息自动化的应用现状,对传统制造业向智能制造转型提出了路径探索。全面分析了智能制造的定义、智能制造的难点和突破点,并大胆地对智能制造的未来发展进行展望,提出了支持万物互联及网格计算的去层级化、去中心化的未来智能制造系统架构的设想。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the application of information automation in steel industry,and puts forward the transforming road from the traditional manufacturing industry to the intelligent manufacturing.It analyzes the definition,the difficulties and breakthrough points of intelligent manufacturing and puts forward the future prospect of intelligent manufacturing.It proposes the conception of future intelligent manufacturing system which is decentration and delayering,and supports hierarchical interconnection and grid computing.
