摘要
在常温下对一种塑料材质电动工具后盖在规定振动条件下进行CAE仿真模拟和工程验证试验,对CAE仿真模型与工程试验数据进行对比分析。结果表明,此种电动工具后盖CAE仿真共振频率分布与工程试验测试数据基本吻合,验证了仿真的有效性与实验的准确性,同时对实验与仿真的差异进行分析。
The power tool rear cover made of plastic material wsa made for CAE simulation and engineering test on specified vibration conditions,and comparison and analysis was made between CAE simulation model and engineering test data.The study showed that CAE simulation model and engineering test data basically agreed with each other,the validity of the simulation and the accuracy of the experiment was verified,while deviation data were analyzed,accumulating experiences for the same type experiments in the later period.
