灼热丝可燃性指数(GWFI)的测试及判定

摘要 将改性阻燃聚丙烯树脂PP(LDP-3008 P9W)在一定注塑工艺条件下制备成用于灼热丝测试的样板,分别注塑成60 mm和100 mm的方板,通过灼热丝试验机进行可燃性指数(GWFI)测试,研究样品烧至开裂或烧成两半的现象与火焰熄灭时间和样品尺寸之间的关系及对灼热丝可燃性指数GWFI测试结果判定的影响。结果表明,小尺寸样品烧至开裂或烧成两半时,火焰大约在60 s左右熄灭且火焰熄灭时间与温度的关联性不高;大尺寸样品烧至开裂或烧成两半时,火焰熄灭时间均在60 s以上,可提供足够的有效燃烧面积供其灼烧;样品烧开或烧成两半的现象为标准中的烧尽现象,可直接判定该温度下的GWFI结果不合格/不通过。 The modified polypropylene resin of anti-flaming(PP:LDP-3008 P9W)was prepared for sample plate under the certain condition of injection molding process.The size of 60 millimeter and 100 millimeter square plates were made by injection molding.The glow wire machine was tested for its flammability index(GWFI)to determine the relationship between the phenomenon of burning or cracking of the sample and the after flame time and the size of the sample,and the effect on the determination of the GWFI test result.The results show that when the small size sample is cracked or burned in half,the flame is extinguished in about 60 s and the correlation between the after flame time and temperature is not high.The large size sample can provide enough effective combustion area for its burning,the flame extinguishing timeis above 60 s when it burned to cracking or burned in half.The phenomenon of sample burning or firing two halves is the phenomenon of burnout in the standard and can directly determine the GWFI results at this temperature failed or not passed.
