微生态制剂对肉鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 本试验旨在研究微生态制剂在规模化养殖中对肉鸡生长状况的影响,包括体重增长、免疫性能等。选取1日龄817肉鸡60 000只,随机分为3组,每组2个重复,每组10 000只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮;试验组1在饲喂基础饲粮的同时,1~20日龄在其饮水中添加微生态制剂,微生态制剂的添加水平为饲粮的0.2%;试验组2在饲喂基础饲粮同时,1~20日龄在其饲粮中添加3 g/t的林可霉素。试验周期为42 d。结果表明:(1)在7、14、28、35日龄和出栏时,试验组1的平均体重均高于对照组和试验组2,且试验组1的料肉比低于对照组和试验组2。(2)14日龄和28日龄时,试验组1的免疫器官指数菌均高于对照组和试验组2。(3)14日龄和28日龄时,试验组1的总抗氧化能力(TAOC)和血清中免疫球蛋白数量均高于对照组和试验组2,且血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量低于对照组和试验组2。由此可知,使用微生态制剂可以提高肉鸡的生产性能,增强肉鸡的免疫功能以及提高其抗氧化能力,有利于肉鸡养殖业的持续健康发展,在健康养殖领域具有广阔的应用前景。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of probioties on growth conditions of broilers in the scale breeding,including weight,immune performance,etc.60 000 one-day-old commercial broilers(817)were randomly divided into 3 groups with 2 repliacates in each group and 10 000 chickens per replicate.The control group were fed the basal diet,and group 1 were fed the basal diet and drank the water with compound probiotics from day 1 to 20 days,compound probiotics of 0.2%diets was supplemented(1/7 of 0.2%of weekly feed intake at one day),group 2 were fed the basal diet with Lincomycin hydrochloride(3 g/t)from day 1 to 20 days.The experiment time lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows,①At 7,14,28,35 days and the end period,that the survival rate,average weight and feed/gain(F/G)of group 1 were all better than control group and group 2.②At the age of 14 and 28 days,the Immune organ index in group 1 were all higer than other groups.③At the age of 14 and 28 days,the serum total antioxidant capcity(T-AOC)and immunoglobulin in group 1 were all higer than other groups,and the value of MDA was lower than the other groups.In conclusion,probioties is advantageous in improving the growth performance and immune performance,and it is of benefit to the sustained and healthy development of poultry breeding,and will have a wide application prospect.
