摘要
目的:分析我国学者发表的中文医药卫生领域以团队为基础的教学模式(team based learning,TBL)教学研究的现状,为我国医药卫生领域TBL教学的开展提供借鉴与参考。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据库获取TBL教学研究。研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选出TBL教学的研究,用BICOMS-2分析软件对关键词、省份、作者及其单位进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵和(或)词篇矩阵,利用Net Draw和g CLUTO分别绘制网络关系图和进行聚类分析。结果:医药卫生领域TBL教学研究的数量呈逐渐递增的趋势,30个省、自治区和直辖市的作者参与了研究的发表,但地区之间存在不均衡性,且省份之间缺乏合作,主要作者分为8个主要的合作团体,研究机构较多,但合作不够紧密,研究主题主要有5个。结论:我国医药卫生领域TBL教学研究的数量呈逐渐递增的趋势,参与研究的团体和机构众多,但作者和机构之间的合作不够紧密,各团体、机构、省份之间的合作仍需进一步增强,研究主题尚需进一步拓展。
Objective:To analysis the research topic of team based learning(TBL)in Chinese papers in medicine and health care field in order to provide reference for TBL researchers in China.Methods:The Chinese biomedical literature database,CNKI,WanFang database were searched and found for the related TBL papers.Researchers independently selected the TBL papers by inclusion and exclusion criteria,and extracted the related information(key words,province,journal,researcher and institution of papers)and produced matrix by BICOMS-2 software,the figure of network by NetDraw,cluster analysis by gCLUTO.Results:The outcome showed that the number of papers on TBL papers was increasing generally,authors from 30 provinces involved in the TBL papers,but there was imbalance between provinces and the lack of cooperation among provinces.The main authors were divided into 8 major cooperation.There were many groups and research institutes,but the cooperation was not close enough.There were mainly five research topics.Conclusion:The number of TBL studies is raising in Chinese papers in medicine and health care field,more and more authors and institutions are involved in TBL research,but the cooperation among authors and institutions needs to be further strengthened.The subject of the study is rather limited and needs to be further expanded.
