An Analysis of History and Boundary of Several Basic Principles in Socialist Cultural Construction

历代中国共产党人在探索中国文化建设的苦旅中先后提出"双百"方针、"二为"方向、"双创"方略等社会主义文化建设的基本原则。但在实际生活中,由于对上述原则存在不同程度的认知偏差,导致文化实践中"走样""跑偏"的现象时有发生。因此,追溯社会主义文化建设基本原则的历史,明晰其适用边界,正确处理好党的领导与"双百"方针之间、资本逻辑与"二为"方向之间、取精弃糟与"双创"方略之间的多重文化关系,对社会主义文化事业的健康、持续、稳定发展有着重要意义。

In the exploration of Chinese cultural construction,Chinese Communist Party put forward such basic principles as“all flowers blooming together and all schools of thoughts contending”,“serving the people and serving the socialism”,and“creative transformation and innovative development”.But in life,different understandings of these principles would lead to deformation and drift in practice.Therefore,it is of great significance to the healthy,sustainable and stable development of socialist culture to trace the history of these basic principles,define their applicable boundary,handle correctly multiple cultural relationship between the leadership of the Party and the objective of“all flowers blooming together and all schools of thoughts contending”,between capital logic and“serving the people and serving the socialism”,and between discarding the dross while assimilating the essence and the strategy of“creative transformation and innovative development”.
