泉州高职院校行政管理人员的困境与出路研究——以职业生涯管理为切入点

Research on the Administrative Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges in Quanzhou——Career Management as a Starting Point

行政管理人员队伍建设对高职院校发展具有重要意义,是直接影响高职院校的教学管理水平的重要因素。但以职业生涯管理为切入点通过问卷调查分析发现,当前泉州高职院校行政管理人员自我职业生涯管理存在着对环境认知和评估做得不够、与组织发展目标不匹配、缺乏自我职业生涯管理技能等问题;组织职业生涯管理方面存在着对行政管理人员缺乏有效的职业生涯规划指导、行政管理人员缺乏有效的培训、绩效考评制度不健全、职业生涯发展通道不顺畅等问题。因此,应该通过建立健全职业生涯管理机制、加强行政管理人员自身职业生涯管理等途径,提升泉州高职院校行政管理人员的整体素质,从而提高高职院校的管理水平和人才培养质量。

The construction of administrative staff plays an important role in the development of higher vocational colleges,and is an important factor that directly affects the level of teaching management in higher vocational colleges.But the career management as the starting point through the questionnaire survey analysis found that the current administrative personnel in Quanzhou higher vocational colleges self career management exists on the environment cognition and evaluation of development goals,and the organization is not enough,and lack of self career management skills;organization career management exist lack of effective career planning guidance,administrative personnel lack of training,effective performance evaluation system is not perfect,career development channel is not smooth on the administrative staff.Therefore,we should establish a perfect management mechanism,strengthen the administrative personnel own career management and other ways to enhance the overall quality of administrative personnel in higher vocational colleges in Quanzhou so as to improve the quality of training in higher vocational colleges and the level of management personnel.
