摘要
对《五帝本纪》的研究有多种版本,但鲜有从人力资源开发与管理的视角进行解读。《五帝本纪》的人力资源开发与管理思想主要体现在八个方面:一是人力资源总体状况;二是组织岗位设置状况;三是对人力资源的教育培训开发;四是人员招聘与选拔任用;五是绩效考评与奖惩;六是品级俸禄与福利状况;七是人事监察与监督;八是社会保障状况。因此,《五帝本纪》蕴含着丰富的人力资源开发与管理思想,通过追寻我们的祖先在人类早期留下的关于人力资源开发与管理的经验,对拓宽《五帝本纪》的研究思路、反思当下人力资源开发与管理的行为和实践、实施人才强国战略、提升人力资源管理竞争优势大有裨益。
There are various researches on the biographies of five emperors.However we don’t find one interpretation on the perspective of human resource development and management about it.The human resource development and management ideas of biographies of five emperors are mainly embodied in the following areas.One is the general outline of human resources.The second is the post setting of an organization's structure.The next are separately showed by education and training for human resources development,the personnel recruitment and selection and appointment,performance evaluation and reward or punishment on human resources,grade salary and welfare,the monitoring and supervision of personnel and the social security.Therefore,the biographies of five emperors provides a wealth of ideas on the human resources development and management.It is helpful for broadening the thinking about the biographies of five emperors,reflecting on the behavior and practice of the contemporary human resource development and management,implementing on the talent strategy and improving the competitive advantages of human resources management by means of the paper’s findings left from our ancestors in early.
