卓越职教师资培养模式的建构:依据、内容及挑战 被引量:3

摘要 以跨界为本质和核心特征的职业教育,逻辑必然地要求培养"双师型"职教师资。中国职教师资的"双师型"特征,不但体现在师资队伍的结构性耦合上,而且体现在教师个体的成长经历和素质能力上。"双师型"职教师资的培养,在纵向成长过程方面必须以教育内容和学制安排的纵向分段为主线、以学科专业分类为辅助,在横向成长保障方面必须依赖"校—校""校内不同学院""校—企"之间的跨界协同。中国特色的"双师型"职教师资培养模式逐渐清晰、成型,但仍然存在高水平大学参与度不高、科技(或技术)师范大学(学院)职能漂移、综合性师范大学中的职业教育学院职能定位模糊等宏观问题和总体性挑战,亟需得到有效解决。 Cross-boundary is the essence and core characteristic of vocational education,and vocational teachers should be double-qualified.The characteristics of"double qualification"of Chinese vocational education teachers are not only reflected in the structural coupling of teachers,but also in the growth experience and quality ability of individual teachers.In the process of vertical growth,the outstanding growth of double-qualified vocational education teachers must be based on the vertical segmentation of educational contents and academic system arrangement,and be supplemented by the classification of disciplines and specialties.The horizontal growth protection must rely on the cross-boundary synergy between colleges and universities,between schools and enterprises,and among different colleges in the same university.The training mode of double-qualified vocational teachers with Chinese characteristics is becoming clear and shaping,but there are still some problems and challenges.For example,the participation of high-level universities is not high,the function of science and technology normal universities(colleges)is drifting,and the functional orientation of vocational education colleges in comprehensive normal universities is vague,which all need to be effectively solved.
