我国高新技术产品出口竞争力研究

Research on Export Competitiveness of Chinese High-tech Products

通过IMS、TC、RCA、GL以及MI指数对我国高新技术产品出口竞争力作出分析,并与美、德、日、韩等六国数据进行对比。在此基础上,文章选取了四个指标借鉴AHP方法构建了一个测度竞争力的综合指标。结果显示,我国高新技术产品的出口竞争力在七国中较强且该优势基本呈增长趋势,仍有发展潜力,但产业内部发展不均衡。由此提出在提升高新技术整体竞争力的同时,还应关注到内部的均衡发展。

The paper chooses IMS,TC,RCA,GL and MI index to analyze the export competitiveness of Chinese high-tech products,besides,we compares it with the ones of the United States,Germany,Japan,Korea and other three countries.On the basis of this,four indicators are selected to construct a comprehensive index to measure competitiveness by using AHP method.The results show that,compared with other six countries,Chinese export competitiveness of high-tech products is stronger and still growing,although the development of the internal industry of high-tech is not balanced.We suggest that we should not only improve the whole high-tech industry,but also pay attention to the internal balanced development.
