安徽省区域中心城市的科技创新能力辐射动态研究

Study on the Radiating Capacity of Science and Technology Innovation in Anhui Province Based on Three Stage DEA Model

借助于2012—2016年安徽省16个地级市科技创新能力的时间序列数据,通过主因子分析和断点模型对合芜蚌三市区域性中心城市的科技创新能力辐射进行实证分析。结果表明:合芜蚌三市的科技创新能力的辐射半径变化并不同步。其中,合肥市的科技创新能力辐射半径逐年呈加速扩大趋势,芜湖市和蚌埠市的科技创新能力辐射半径呈波动趋势。最后,结合合芜蚌三市科技创新能力的发展情况,分别提出了加大科技投入、优化产业结构和挖掘新的科技增长点等对策建议。

With the help of time series data of science and technology innovation capability of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui province from 2012 to 2016,this paper empirically analyzes the radiation of innovation capability of the three key cities in the three cities of Hewubeng by principal factor analysis and break-point model.The results show that the change of radiation radius of technological innovation ability of the three cities of Hefei and Wuhu is not synchronized.Among them,the radiating radius of science and technology innovation capability of Hefei City is accelerating and expanding each year,and the radiation radii of science and technology innovation ability of Wuhu City and Bengbu City are in a fluctuating trend.Finally,based on the development of the scientific and technological innovation capacity of the three cities of Hewubeng,some countermeasures are put forward,such as increasing investment in science and technology,optimizing the industrial structure and mining new points of science and technology.
