高校班级是学校组织管理体系中最基本的单元,是高校开展学生思想政治工作的关键环节,也是大学生学习、生活最为重要的环境因素。随着我国经济社会的高速发展,特别是在"95后"成为新时期高校大学生的主体的背景下,本文在剖析高校班级管理中普遍存在的问题的基础上,探究目标管理在班级管理中的应用价值,分析了设计目标管理模式应遵循的基本原则,并就实施路径进行了探索。

The university class is the most basic unit in the system of school organizational management and the key link of ideological and political work,which is also the most important environmental factor of students'learning and life.With the boom China's economy and society,especially the 95s becoming the main body in the new era,this explores the practical value target management,analyses the basic principle of designing target management mode,and explores the implemented way further,which all based on the analysis the common cases in the class management.
