高校档案管理人员专业化发展探微

高校档案管理是高校科学研究、教育教学、人才培养和行政管理的重要组成部分,亦是专业性较强的工作。因此,高校档案管理工作的实际对从业者提出了较高的素质素养要求,主要包括较髙的思想政治素养、过硬的业务素养和高尚的职业道德素养。但是,在目前情况下,高校档案管理人员专业化发展水平还比较低,专业化发展过程受诸多因素的制约,如机制体制因素、培训考核因素、内生动力因素等。要促进高校档案管理人员专业化发展,需要档案管理人员和高校领导共同努力。一方面,高校档案管理人员自身要增强专业化意识和付出应有的努力;另一方面,高校领导要为档案管理人员创造良好的工作环境和条件。

The archives Management of colleges and universities is an important part of scientific research,teaching,personnel training and administration,and it is also a strong professional work.Therefore,the practice of archives management in colleges and universities has put forward higher quality requirements for practitioners,including a higher ideological and political accomplishment,excellent business accomplishment and noble professional ethics accomplishment.However,there are some factors such as dynamic factors,training factors,mechanism and assessment factors,which restrict the Professional consciousness of archives administrators in colleges and universities.To promote the professional development of archives management personnel in colleges and universities,the leaders and archive staff need to work together.On the one hand,archives administrators should enhance their own professionalism and conduct due diligence,on the other hand,university leaders need to create good working environment and conditions for archives administrators.
