摘要
为了解三穗鸭JAK2基因特征,采用分段PCR方法获取三穗麻鸭JAK2基因并进行克隆与测序,应用生物信息学相关软件进行基因分子特征分析。结果:三穗麻鸭JAK2基因全长3 393 bp,可编码1 131个氨基酸;与原鸡的核苷酸序列同源性达94.5%,氨基酸同源性达97.6%;进化树分析显示,该基因与鸡属动物亲缘关系最近。
To analyze the molecular characteristics of Sansui duck JAK 2 gene and its encoding protein,the JAK 2 gene of Sansui duck was obtained by the PCR method,then cloned and sequenced,and the molecular characterization of this gene was analyzed by bioinformatics software.The results showed that the length of JAK 2 gene of Sansui duck was 3 393 bp,which encode 1 131 amino acids.The homology of this nucleotide sequences reached 97.6%with that of anser,and the homology of amino acid was 94.5%.The gene was closely related to the chicken genus by phylogenetic tree analysis.
