摘要
为了解贵阳市散养奶牛牛奶中大肠杆菌的污染及耐药情况,采集牛奶样本26份,运用细菌分离培养技术对样本进行细菌分离培养;PCR鉴定后测序;细菌药敏实验。结果:共分离鉴定大肠杆菌6株,分离率为23%(6/26);对喹诺酮类、磺胺类表现出较强的耐药性,对氨基糖苷类、四环素类、大环内酯类喹诺酮类和β-内酰胺类也存在一定的耐药性。
In order to understand the contamination and drug resistance of E.coli in dairy cows of Guiyang city,26 samples of milk samples were collected in the experiment.The samples were isolated and cultured using traditional bacterial isolation and culture techniques;after PCR identification and sequencing,the drug susceptibility test was performed.Result:a total of 6 E.coli strains were isolated and identified.The isolation rate was 23%(6/26).There are strong resistance to quinolone and sulfonylamine,and also has cerain resistance to aminoglycoside,tetracycline,macrolide andβ-lactams.
