踝关节被动牵拉角度与跟腱和足底筋膜硬度的生物力学关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:本研究旨在观察健康青年右侧跟腱和足底筋膜在不同踝关节被动牵拉角度下的硬度变化,并对比跟腱在不同位置的硬度和硬度增长率。方法:健康青年31例(16男,15女),膝关节伸展位下被动牵拉踝关节,应用Myoton PRO数字化肌肉状态检测仪先后评估-50°(踝跖屈50°)和0°(踝生理位)时AT 0cm、3cm、6cm处和PF的硬度,以及25°(踝背伸25°)时PF的硬度。结果:膝关节伸展位,被动牵拉踝关节0°时,男、女性AT 0cm、3cm和6cm处的硬度均较-50°时明显增加(P<0.01),且3cm和6cm处的硬度增长率大于其在0cm处(P<0.01,P<0.05);相同踝关节角度下,男女性AT硬度大小为0cm>3cm、6cm(P<0.05,0.01);此外,被动牵拉至0°时,AT6cm处硬度为男性高于女性(P<0.05)。PF硬度则在-50°至0°、0°至25°过程中均逐渐增加(均P<0.05)。结论:膝关节伸展位下,被动背伸踝关节能够有效地牵拉AT和PF,且对AT 3cm、6cm的牵拉作用最大,AT硬度呈从远端到近端递减的趋势,此外,踝关节被动牵拉至0°时男性AT 6cm的硬度大于女性。
