摘要
采用机械抛光对以AlCl_3-EMIC型离子液体电镀制备的铝镀层进行后处理。对比研究了镀态和机械抛光后的铝镀层的外观、微观形貌、厚度、结合力和耐蚀性。结果表明,对铝镀层进行机械抛光可以在不影响镀层结合力和耐蚀性的前提下,显著降低其表面粗糙度,提高光泽度。
Mechanical polishing was used to post-treat the aluminum coating electroplated from AlCl3-EMIC ionic liquid.The appearance,microstructure,thickness,adhesion,and corrosion resistance of the as-plated and mechanically polished aluminum coatings were comparatively studied.The results showed that the aluminum coating get lower surface roughness and higher glossiness by mechanical polishing without weakening in its adhesion and corrosion resistance.
