摘要
云南省16个州市发展大中型沼气项目的适宜性各异,文章从温度适宜性、原料适宜性、经济适宜性、社会适宜性及远景适宜性5个方面构建了云南省农村大中型沼气项目适宜性区划评价指标体系,并运用熵权TOPSIS法对各州市适宜性进行评价。结果表明:养殖业发展速度与沼气原料的丰裕程度两个指标权重最大,也决定了各州市适宜性排序。根据综合适宜性大小全省可以分为最适宜区、适宜区与次适宜区3个区域,其中临沧市、红河州、曲靖市、保山市、文山州5个州市为最适宜区,西双版纳州、玉溪市、昆明市3个州市为次适宜区,其余各州市则为适宜区。整体上,云南省是发展大中型沼气项目的适宜区域,但在布局大中型沼气项目时候应考虑各州市具体情况,在综合适宜性大的区域重点布局大中型沼气项目。
Household biogas project has made great contribution to the economy and society of Yunnan province.However,its utilization rate is very low because of various reasons.Based on the entropy-Topsis method,this paper constructed an evaluation index system of suitability regionalization for large and medium-sized biogas projects in rural areas of Yunnan province,including temperature suitability,material suitability,economic and social suitability,prospective suitability.The results showed that the development speed of breeding industry and the abundance of biogas material were the greatest weight in the evaluation system,which determined the region's suitability ranking.According to the comprehensive suitability,the province could be divided into 3 areas,including optimum area,suitable area,and sub-suitable area.Lincang,Honghe,Qujing,Baoshan and Wenshan were the optimum area,Xishuangbanna,Yuxi,Kunming were the sub-suitable area,and the others were suitable area.On the whole,Yunnan is a suitable area for developing large and medium-sized biogas projects;however,during the layout of large and medium-sized biogas projects,the specific condition of the local region should be taken into consideration.And large and medium-sized biogas projects should be concentrated in the area of comprehensive suitability
