自升式钻井平台隔水导管在环境载荷作用下的响应分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对自升式钻井平台的隔水导管,建立了四种隔水导管模型,采用P-y曲线法模拟隔水导管与土壤的非线性相互作用,利用Contact12单元来模拟隔水导管与导向架之间的间隙接触条件,在海洋环境载荷作用下,获取了隔水导管的变形和应力情况。计算结果表明,在相同海洋环境载荷作用下,上端支撑模型的变形和应力最大,然后依次为隔水导管顶张力模型、隔水导管导向架间隙模型、隔水导管导向架固定模型;导向架在隔水导管运动过程中均较好地抑制了隔水导管的横向运动。响应分析结果为工程中带导向架隔水导管的设计与分析提供了参考。 Four riser models are established for the riser of a jackup rig.The P-y curve method is used to simulate the nonlinear interaction between the riser and the soil.The contact12 element is used to simulate gap contact conditions between the riser and the guide-frame.The deformation and stress of riser under the marine environment loads are obtained.The calculation results show that under the same marine environment loads,the deformation and stress of the upper support riser model are the largest,followed by the riser top tension model,the riser guide-frame gap model and the riser guide-frames fixed model in turn.During the vibration of riser,the lateral vibration of the riser is restrained well by the guide-frame.The response analysis provides a reference for the design and analysis of the riser with guide-frame.
