摘要
浅水海域井口平台按上部组块吊装套井口的方式进行安装的项目仍较多。为降低油气开发成本,平台的井口间距变得越来越小,增加了海上吊装施工风险。组块吊装套井口技术成为影响海上安装施工效率的关键技术。依托涠洲12-2/11-4N油田二期开发工程项目,对组块套井口从安装设计到海上安装施工进行了具体分析。主要借助Inventor软件建立模型,计算组块套井口作业净间距,从海上施工资源、环境荷载对船舶及结构物稳性的影响、锚系布置等方面进行了分析论证。结合分析结果采取了必要措施,在海上顺利完成了组块套井口施工作业。
There are still many construction projects of installing platform topside around wellheads with hoisting way in shallow water.In order to reduce oil and gas development costs,the distances among platform wellheads become smaller,which increases risk of offshore hoisting construction.Installing platform topside around wellheads with hoisting way becomes key technique affecting efficiency of offshore installation construction.Based on the Weizhou 12-2/11-4N Oilfield second phase development project,this paper analyzes in detail the installing platform topside around wellheads with hoisting way from installation design to offshore installation construction.It establishes the analytical model with the software Inventor and calculates the clean spans for the installation operation,and analyzes and demonstrates the offshore construction resources,effects of environmental loads on ship and structure stabilities,and anchor mooring system deployment.The necessary measures are taken in practice according to the analytical results.Finally,the construction project of installing platform topside around wellheads with hoisting way is successfully finished.
