摘要
随着油田开发进入中后期,传统开采方式逐渐被蒸汽驱、SAGD、火驱、化学驱等开发方式替代。火烧油层强力采油是提高采收率的方法之一,特别对已开采的老区的火驱可以使采收率大幅度提高。目前辽河油田火驱开发区块有曙1-38-32、锦91、高升等,以高升火驱区块为例,介绍其火驱配套注空气系统现状及存在的问题,提出技术可行、经济合理的优化方案,以期为其他区块火驱配套注空气系统工艺设计和研究工作提供借鉴。
With the oilfield development reaching to the later period,traditional crude oil exploitation way is gradually replaced by steam flooding,SAGD,fire flooding,chemical flooding and so on.Combustion of oil in-situ is one of production mode to enhance oil recovery,especially the old oilfield has been extracted.Now,the fire flooding blocks in Liaohe Oilfield include Shu1-38-32,Jin91,Gaosheng,etc.In this paper,Gaosheng fire flooding block is taken for example to introduce the actuality situation and existing problems in the air injection system of fire flooding.And the system optimal scheme that is feasible in technology and reasonable in economy is put forward to provide reference for air injection system of fire flooding design and research work.
