摘要
在海外建设炼油厂时,大型设备受到运输条件的限制,只能分片运输,在现场进行组焊后进行整体热处理。在哈萨克斯坦PKOP奇姆肯特炼油厂现代化改造项目的重催装置中,再生器分片运输到现场组焊成分段筒体后,对需进行热处理的锥段位置采用内燃法整体热处理,这是再生器安装过程中的核心工序。从大型设备进行整体热处理流程、措施以及能耗等几个方面做了介绍。热处理完成后,再生器热处理质量达标,同时得出热处理能耗数据,可对海外其他项目中大型设备进行整体热处理有借鉴意义。
In overseas refinery construction,large equipment can only be transported in pieces due to limitation of transportation condition.Then it is assembled by welding in-situ and implemented with integral heat treatment.In Kazakhstan Shymkent Refinery Modernization and Revamping Project,the catalytic regenerator was transported in pieces to the site;then assembled to form sectional cylinders by welding;the conical part of middle cylinder was treated with internal combustion method which was the core process in the regenerator installation.In this paper,the integral heat treatment process flow,measures and energy consumption of the large equipment is illustrated.After the heat treatment process completed,the heat treatment quality of the generator reached standard and energy consumption data were obtained,which could be used for reference in heat treatment of other overseas equipment.
