Research on "Single Set" Management of Electronic Records Based on SWOT Analysis

论文基于SWOT分析法对电子档案"单套制"的优势、劣势、机会、威胁因素进行分析,并根据"发挥自身优势、克服自身劣势、利用外部机遇、应对外部威胁"的原则提出政策支持、经验推广、优化体系、转换思维、发展科技、风险管理、人才建设、调整心态等具体策略,以期为电子档案"单套制"管理的研究与实践提供有益的借鉴。

This paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of"single set"of electronic records based on SWOT analysis,and with the principle of"exerting one's own advantages,overcoming one's own inferiority,utilizing external opportunities and coping with external threats",puts forward specific strategies such as policy support,experience promotion,system reconstruction,change of thinking,development of science and technology,risk management,talent building and adjustment of mentality,so as to provide useful references for the research and practice of"single set"of electronic records.
