通过对500 kV塔拉变电站220 kV双母线双分段改造方案的分析,指出改造过程中存在的主要风险点及不安全因素,提出相应的控制措施及改进建议,为今后500 kV变电站220 kV双母线双分段改造工程的方案制定和实施提供参考。

Through the analysis of220kV double bus double segment modification project in500kV Tala substation,pointed out the risk and unsafe factors in the process of modification,put forward control measures,and some reasonable improvement suggestions to provide a reference for scheme formulation and implement to220kV double bus and double segment modification in500kV substation.
