低压电流互感器校验用弹片式二次线连接装置的设计

摘要 针对低压电流互感器检定工作中需重复旋动二次接线螺栓来连接二次电流线,工作强度大,效率低的问题,巴彦淖尔电业局设计了一种用于低压电流互感器误差检定的弹片式二次线连接装置。该装置本身已连接检定台体二次电流线,只需将低压电流互感器放入检定单元即可开始检定。在检定误差与效率方面与传统检定方式进行比较,该装置没有增加电流互感器的检定误差,但显著提高了工作效率。 For heavy working intensity and low working efficiency as connecting the secondary current line due to repeating the secondanry connection bolt when decting low voltage current transformer,Bayannur Electric Power Bureau designed a shrapnel secondary line connecting device which was applied in the error detection of low voltage current transformer.The device has been connected to the secondary current line of verification platform.When the low voltage current transformer is placed in the calibration unit,the test can be started.Compared with the results of traditional verification method,it is proved that this device will not increase the calibration error of current transformer and improve the working efficiency significantly.
