摘要 针对电气设备接头金属镀层损坏、频繁发热问题,应用现场金属刷镀修复技术和室温单组分型有机硅黏接密封胶封堵材料,对接头表面损坏的银、锡金属镀层重新刷镀,恢复接头原有的抗氧化、抗电腐蚀及导电性能;对检修后接头搭接面四周的缝隙进行封堵,同时对连接螺栓的外漏螺纹及缝隙进行二次封堵,使接头和连接螺栓运行在密封环境中,与外界的气体、水雾、粉尘等物质隔绝,预防电气设备接头发热,延长设备的使用寿命和检修周期,保障设备的安全稳定运行。 In view of the metal coating damage and frequent heating problem of the electrical equipment joint,the surface of the joint was replated with silver and tin metal plating,and the original anti-oxidation,anti-electric corrosion and electrical conductivity of the joint were restored by the on-site metal plating repair technique and the room temperature single component silicone adhesive sealing material.After the repair,the gap around the connection was sealed,and the thread and the gap of the connection bolt were sealed twice,so that the connection and the connection bolt could run in a sealed environment,and be isolated from the gas,water fog and dust,so as to prevent the heating of the electrical equipment joint,prolong the service life and maintenance period of the equipment,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
