摘要
为研究人体腹主动脉出现动脉瘤后的血液流场特性.利用医学影像三维重建技术将患者CT数据进行重构,患者的CT数据由内蒙古民族大学附属医院神经内科提供.经过网格划分和边界设置等一系列准备工作,最后导入计算流体力学软件FLUENT14.5进行数值计算、分析.计算一个心动周期内人体血液从右心室泵出到达主动脉,血液流动速度达到峰值时刻的血管内部血液流场状况.另外,利用腹主动脉瘤部位的二次流进一步分析血液流场对动脉瘤发展及可能发生破裂的影响.研究结果将为腹主动脉的临床治疗提供流体力学理论支持.
To study the characteristics of blood flow field after aneurysms in human abdominal aorta,the CT data of patients were reconstructed by 3D reconstruction of medical images,which were provided by the Department of Neurology,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities.After a series of preparation work,such as mesh division and boundary setting,the numerical calculation was carried out by imparting computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT14.5.In a cardiac cycle,the blood flow field was calculated when the human blood was pumped.from the right ventricle to the aorta and the blood flow reached the peak point.In addition,the secondary flow of abdominal aortic aneurysm was used to analyze the influence of blood flow field on the development and possible rupture of the aneurysm.The results will provide theoretical support for the clinical treatment of abdominal aorta.
