摘要
采用化学转化方法在镁合金基底表面制备锡酸盐转化膜(MgSnO_3·3H_2O),研究不同Na_2SnO_3浓度和转化溶液温度对转化膜耐腐蚀性的影响,以达到保护基底的作用提高其耐腐蚀性.用XRD、EIS、CV等方法对转化膜进行表征.结果表明制得锡酸盐转化膜(MgSnO_3·3H_2O),锡酸盐转化膜的阻抗值由62.7Ω提高至427Ω,腐蚀电流密度降低了两个数量级,对基底有保护作用,提高了镁合金的耐腐蚀性.
Use chemical conversion method was used for magnesium alloy substrate surface preparation of stannate conversion film(MgSnO3·3H2O).Differences in Na2SnO3 potency and transformation temperature of solution conversion coating corrosive effects are discussed,to protect basement improving its corrosion resistance.We used XRD、EIS、CV and other methods to characterize the conversion film.The results show that in the prepared by stannate conversion film(MgSnO3·3H2O),the stannate conversion film resistance value increased from 62.7 to 427Ω.Two orders of magnitude lower,had a protective effect on substrate,in improving the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy.
