摘要
归纳了目前天然植物有效成分的提取分离和纯化技术中广泛应用的技术,主要分析了以下八种提取分离技术:超临界流体萃取技术(SFE),微波萃取技术(MAE),超声波提取技术(UE),生物酶提取技术,膜分离技术,大孔树脂吸附分离技术,高速逆流色谱分离技术(HSCCC)以及分子印迹分离技术(MIT),重点分析这八种现代分离技术在天然植物中的应用,系统地介绍了现代提取技术的基本原理、特点、适用范围并举例说明了现代提取技术在天然产物的提取分离中的研究进展和发展趋势.
New methods of separation and purification technology of bioactive components in natural products are presented.These include eight kinds of extraction and separation technologies:supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),microwave extraction(MAE),ultrasonic extraction(UE),enzyme extraction,membrane separation,centrifugal separation and macroporous resin adsorption separation,high-speed counter-current chromatography separation(HSCCC)and separation of molecular imprinting(MIT).The application of these eight modern separation techniques is analyzed,systematically introducing the basic principle of modern extraction technology,characteristics,scope of application and illustrating the research progress and development trend in the extraction and separation of natural products.
