摘要
二氧化钛作为环境友好型光催化剂,受到广泛的关注.本文主要通过液相合成法和气相合成法两个方面详细的描述了TiO_2的制备方法,其中液相合成法主要包括水热与溶剂热法、溶胶-凝胶法、微乳液法和液相沉积法.气相合成法主要为磁控溅射法.此外,对二氧化钛在不同领域中的应用进行了具体的介绍.
TiO2 has received much attention as an environment-friendly photocatalyst.Preparation methods of TiO2 containing the synthesis of liquid phase and gas phaseare described.Liquid phase synthesisincluded hydrothermal,solvothermal,sol-gel,microemulsion methods and liquid phase deposition.Gas phase synthesis was mainly magnetron sputtering.In addition,the application of TiO2 in different fields is introduced.
