黄腐酸和玉米秸秆浸出液对玉米种子萌发及根系活力的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探讨黄腐酸是否缓解玉米秸秆化感抑制作用,使用黄腐酸和玉米秸秆浸出液对玉米种子进行发芽及盆栽试验,测定玉米种子发芽率、根数、主根长、苗长、根系活力指标,分析黄腐酸、秸秆浸出液、秸秆浸出液和黄腐酸混合液对玉米种子萌发及根系活力的影响.结果表明,20 g·L^(-1)玉米秸秆浸出液能提高玉米种子发芽率,但不显著;30~70 g·L^(-1)秸秆浸出液使种子发芽率显著下降;30 g·L^(-1)秸秆浸出液和0.1 g·L^(-1)黄腐酸混合液对玉米种子活力及苗期生长无显著影响;0.1 g·L^(-1)黄腐酸与40 g·L^(-1)秸秆浸出液和50 g·L^(-1)秸秆浸出液的混合液显著降低种子电导率、发芽率、主根长和根系活力,而对芽长、根数和苗高无显著影响;0.1 g·L^(-1)黄腐酸浸种能显著增加主根长和根系活力.玉米秸秆浸出液浸种施用黄腐酸不能缓解秸秆化感物质对主根长的影响,而玉米秸秆浸出液施用黄腐酸显著提高根系活力. The effect of corn stalk fulvic acid on alleviating allelopathic effects was determined.Effects of fulvic acid and corn straw leaching solution on maize seed germination,germination rate,root number,root length,root activity,and seedling length,were determined in pot experiments.The effects of fulvic acid,straw leachate,straw leachate and fulvic acid mixture on seed germination and root activity of maize were analyzed.When the 20 g·L-1of corn straw extract,the germination rate increased,but it was not significant.When the concentration of straw extract was 30~70 g·L-1,the germination rate of seeds decreased significantly.30 g·L-1 straw leachate and 0.1 g·L-1 fulvic acid mixture had no significant effect on maize seed vigor and seedling growth.The mixture of 0.1 g·L-1 fulvic acid and 40 g·L-1 straw leachate and 50 g·L-1 straw extract significantly decreased seed conductivity,germination rate,main root length and root activity,but there was no significant effect on bud length,root number and seedling height.Fulvic acid soaking with 0.1 g·L-1 significantly increased the root length and root activity;but the corn straw extract soaked corn seed with fulvic acid failed to alleviate straw allelochemicals of root length,but maize straw extract application of fulvic acid significantly increased root activity.
