Research On the Development of China's Big Data Industry

从产业规模、产业形态、区域分布、产业竞争格局、产业政策和交易市场等6个方面来全面分析我国大数据产业发展的现状,并进一步从数据产权、政府数据、数据价值、数据安全和保护、大数据企业、大数据人才和大数据技术7个方面深入分析我国大数据产业发展面临的主要问题。以问题为导向,针对性的提出了加快我国大数据产业健康有序发展的对策建议。

This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of China′s big data industry from six aspects including industrial scale,industry form,regional distribution,industry competition pattern,industry policy and trading market.Furthermore,this paper also analyzes the main problems in the development of China′s big data industry from seven aspects,which include data property rights,government data,data value,data security and data protection,big data enterprises,big data talents and big data technology.Based on the problem orientation,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the healthy and orderly development of the big data industry in China.
