摘要
以小麦"临8161"为材料,采用溶液培养法研究了富氢水对不同质量浓度Cu^(2+)胁迫下小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,观察了不同处理组幼苗根尖细胞形态及根尖的生长,比较了幼苗叶片气孔的形态及分布。结果表明,随着Cu^(2+)质量浓度的升高,对种子萌发、幼苗根尖及株高的生长抑制越明显。高质量浓度Cu^(2+)破坏了根尖细胞膜的完整性并造成细胞核结构的损伤及叶片气孔直径的减小;富氢水处理则在一定程度上维持了根尖细胞及细胞核的完整性,并使得叶片气孔直径变大,排列更加规则。结果表明,富氢水通过增大气孔直径及保持细胞的完整性来缓解铜胁迫,从而促进植株的生长。
At the present study using wheat cultivar“Lin 8161”as a material which was cultured in different concentration of Cu2+is to explore the effects of hydrogen enriched water on seed germination and seedling growth.The morphology of root tip cells and the development of root were observed.The morphology and distribution of stoma in leave were compared.The results showed that with a increase of Cu2+concentration,the seed germination and growth of root tip as well as seedling height were inhibited significantly.Higher concentration of Cu2+damaged the integrity of the cell membrane of roots and caused nuclear structure irregular,the stomatal diameter was decreased as well.Hydrogen-rich water somehow alleviated a negative effects of Cu2+on wheat seedlings where the damage of root cells and nucleus were decreased,the leaf stomatal diameter was bigger and more regular.It indicated that hydrog-enrich water could reduce the effects of Cu2+on wheat root and seedling development.
