螺旋斜置中耕培土机的研制与试验 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统培土机存在的培土阻力大,培土器破土能力差以及培土效率低等问题,设计了一种螺旋斜置中耕培土机。该培土机具有2个培土单元,可以实现跨行2垄培土,螺旋培土刀斜置实现对土壤的切碎与输送,通过升降丝杠装置调整垄形,通过丝杠丝母机构调整垄距,通过设计的液压机构提供培土刀动力,具有跨行作业、垄距和垄形可调、培土高度较高等功能。试验结果表明,培土作业碎土率为90%,培土坡度合格率为93%,培土厚度为80 mm,培土高度为400 mm,垄沟上口宽度为750 mm,培土效果良好。 The working resistance of the traditional hilling machine is big,the ability to break soil of ridger is poor,and the working efficiency is low.A hilling machine with obliquely placed spiral was designed in view of the above problems.The hilling machine had two hilling unit and could hill two ridges at the same time.The spiral tool was installed obliquely to mill and hoist soil.The shape of the ridge was adjusted by the lifting screws.The row distance was adjusted by the screws and screw nuts mechanism.The power of tool was provided by hydraulic mechanism.The hilling machine with obliquely placed spiral had multinomial function such as working by crossing ridge,adjustable ridge shape and ridge distance,and higher ridging height.Field experiments showed that the rate of soil pulverization was 90%,qualified rate of hilling slope 93%,the hilling thickness was 80 mm,hilling height was 400 mm,and the upper width of furrow was 750 mm.The hilling effect was good.
