天水市中心城区建设用地集约利用评价与空间分布格局分析

Evaluation of urban land intensive use and analysis of spatial distribution pattern in the central zone of Tianshui City

为了研究天水市中心城区建设用地集约利用状况的空间集聚性与异质性,运用探索性空间数据分析方法(ESDA),定量分析天水市中心城区居住、商业、工业和教育4类功能区土地集约利用程度的空间分布特征。结果表明:1)天水市中心城区建设用地集约利用程度总体较低,其中,集约利用区、中度利用区和低度利用区分别占总面积的15.35%、42.98%、41.67%。2)各功能区集约度呈正向全局空间自相关格局,表现为强烈的空间集聚特征。3)各功能区集约度的局域空间差异显著,集约度呈现从城市中心区向城市外围逐渐递减的空间分布特征。

In order to study the spatial dependence and heterogeneity of urban land intensive use in the central zone of Tianshui City,this paper discussed the spatial correlation of living,commercial,industrial and educational functional area by using the exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA).The results showed that:1)The level of urban land intensive use was low in the central zone of Tianshui City.Respectively,the intensive use,moderate utilization and low degree use area was 15.35%,42.98%and 41.67%.2)Each functional area was presented to the global space which is characterized by a strong spatial dependence.3)Urban land intensive use in the functional area had significant local spatial differences.The feature of the spatial distribution showed a gradual decline from the center of the city to the suburb.
