摘要
"如何推进落实"是当前中小学生核心素养研究最关注的问题,但当前核心素养的内涵诠释、外延划分都仍有争议,被视为关键载体的学科核心素养也面临不少困扰。除了"推进什么"的认识仍不十分清晰,行政统领的渐进贯穿式、校长引领的整体改革式、教师自发的直觉判断式这三种已有的实践路径也都利弊并存。基于教育改革的复杂性,学生、教师、学校、教育部等行政机构应四位一体,同时合力推进教育生态系统开展指向核心素养的教育改革。
"How to promote implementation"is the most important issue in the current research of Key Competencies of primary and middle school students.However,the connotation and extension of the Key Competencies are still controversial,and the Key Competencies,which is regarded as the key carrier,is also faced with a lot of problems.In addition to the understanding of"what to promote"is still not very clear,the three existing practical routes,such as the gradual penetration by the administrative agency,the overall reform in the school by the headmaster and spontaneous intuition judgment and action by teachers,have had mixed success.Because education reform is very complex,so the four parts of the common educational ecosystem,students,teachers,schools and administrative institutions,should contribute to the Key Competencies education reform at the same time.
