尾菜饲料化利用技术及其在畜禽养殖生产中的应用

Technologies of Feed Utilization for Vegetable Waste and Its Application in Livestock and Poultry Production

蔬菜废弃物即尾菜具有一定的营养价值,是较好的饲料资源之一,如果能够合理地利用尾菜资源,不仅将会开发更多的非常规饲料资源,还将在一定程度上缓解由于尾菜带来的环境污染问题。本文从尾菜的分布及应用状况、尾菜的营养成分、尾菜饲料化处理技术及其在畜禽养殖生产中的应用这几个方面出发,综述尾菜饲料化的研究进展,以期能够为尾菜饲料化应用提供一些参考。

Vegetable waste has a certain nutritional value,is one of the better feed resources for animal.If vegetable waste could be used reasonably,not only more unconventional feed resources will be produced,but also the problem of environment derived from vegetable waste will be eased.Thus,this article summarized the research progression of vegetable waste including their distribution,application situation,nutrient contents,feed utilization techniques,and the application in livestock and poultry production,in order to provide a reference for the application of vegetable waste for feed processing.
