茶树油对断奶仔猪血清、肝脏和肠黏膜抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Tea Tree Oil on Antioxidant Indices in Serum,Liver and Intestinal Mucosa of Weaned Piglets

摘要 本试验旨在研究茶树油对断奶仔猪血清、肝脏和肠黏膜抗氧化指标的影响。试验选取21日龄体重[(6.73±0.12)kg]相近的健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪120头,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复4头仔猪。5个组分别为对照组(CON组,饲喂基础饲粮)、抗生素组[ANT组,饲喂基础饲粮+200 mg/kg硫酸黏菌素(10%)+75 mg/kg金霉素(15%)]、低茶树油组(LTO组,饲喂基础饲粮+50 mg/kg茶树油)、中茶树油组(MTO组,饲喂基础饲粮+100 mg/kg茶树油)和高茶树油组(HTO组,饲喂基础饲粮+150 mg/kg茶树油)。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)HTO组仔猪血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于LTO和MTO组(P<0.05),MTO组仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于HTO、CON和ANT组(P<0.05),LTO组仔猪血清过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量显著低于MTO、HTO和CON组(P<0.05)。2)与CON和ANT组相比,LTO、MTO和HTO组仔猪肝脏T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05),LTO和MTO组仔猪肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和H_2O_2含量显著提高(P<0.05),HTO组仔猪肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量显著提高(P<0.05);与CON组相比,LTO和MTO组仔猪肝脏SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05)。3)HTO组仔猪空肠黏膜GSH-Px和SOD活性显著高于ANT组(P<0.05),LTO、MTO、HTO和ANT组仔猪空肠黏膜H_2O_2含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。4)HTO组仔猪回肠黏膜SOD活性和GSH含量显著高于CON组(P<0.05),LTO、MTO、HTO和ANT组仔猪回肠黏膜丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。综上,茶树油可提高断奶仔猪血清、肝脏和肠黏膜抗氧化酶活性,减少血清、空肠黏膜H_2O_2的含量,进而提高断奶仔猪的机体抗氧化功能,总体效果优于抗生素,建议添加量为100 mg/kg。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects tea tree oil(TTO)on antioxidant indices in serum,liver and intestinal mucosa of weaned piglets.One hundred and twenty 21-day-old“Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire”hybrid weaned piglets with similar body weight of[(6.73±0.12)kg]were selected and randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 4 piglets per replicate.The five groups were as follows:control group(CON group,fed a basal diet),antibiotic group[ANT group,fed the basal diet+200 mg/kg colistin(10%)+75 mg/kg chlortetracycline(15%)],low tea tree oil group(LTO group,fed the basal diet+50 mg/kg tea tree oil),middle tea tree oil group(MTO group,fed the basal diet+100 mg/kg tea tree oil)and high tea tree oil group(HTO group,fed the basal diet+150 mg/kg tea tree oil).The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)the serum total-antioxidant capacities(T-AOC)of piglets of HTO group was significantly higher than that of LTO and MTO groups(P<0.05),the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of piglets of MTO group was significantly higher than that of HTO,CON and ANT groups(P<0.05),the serum hydrogen peroxide(H 2O 2)content of piglets of LTO group was significantly lower than that of MTO,HTO and CON groups(P<0.05).2)Compared with the CON and ANT groups,the liver T-AOC of piglets of LTO,MTO and HTO groups was significant increased(P<0.05),the glutathione peroxidases(GSH-Px)activity and H 2O 2 content in liver of piglets of LTO and MTO groups were significant increased(P<0.05),the liver glutathione(GSH)content of piglets of HTO group was significant increased(P<0.05).Compared with the CON group,the liver SOD activity of piglets of LTO and MTO groups were significant increased(P<0.05).3)The activities of GSH-Px and SOD in jejunum mucosa of piglets were significantly higher than those of ANT group(P<0.05),the jejunum mucosa H 2O 2 content of piglets of LTO,MTO and HTO and ANT groups was significantly lower than that of CON group(P<0.05).4)The SOD activity and GSH content in ileum mucosa of piglets of HTO group were significantly higher than those of CON group(P<0.05),the ileum mucosa MDA content of piglets of LTO,MTO and HTO and ANT groups was significantly lower than that of CON group(P<0.05).It is concluded that tea tree oil can improve the activities of antioxidant enzyme in serum,liver and intestinal mucosa,and decrease the content of H 2O 2 in serum and jejunum mucosa of weaned piglets,thus improve the antioxidant ability of weaned piglets,and the general effect was better than antibiotics,the recommend additive amount of tea tree oil is 100 mg/kg.
