一种滑动式绝缘操作杆绝缘电阻测试仪的研究

Research on a Sliding Tester about the Insulation Resistance of Insulated Operating Rod

针对目前绝缘操作杆绝缘电阻测试过程中移动绝缘杆导致摩擦损耗和测量精度问题,设计一种滑动式绝缘杆绝缘电阻测试仪。介绍该测试仪的基本原理、软硬件构成,分析绝缘杆绝缘电阻测量实验结果。该测试仪的优势是可实现绝缘杆的快速、有效测量以及低电阻报警,精确度高。

In order to solve the measurement problems of friction loss and measurement accuracy caused by moving the insulation rod during the insulation resistance test of the insulated operating rod,this paper presents a sliding tester about the insulation resistance of insulated operating rod.The paper gives the basic principle of the tester,the software and hardware components of the tester and the experimental results of insulated rod insulation resistance measurement.The results show that the tester can quickly,effectively and accurately measure the insulated rod insulation resistance and the alarm functions can be achieved.
