摘要
为提高刚柔复合式路面层间粘结强度,针对界面刻槽处治技术,采用刻槽深度、刻槽宽度和刻槽间距三个控制参数,进行三因素四水平正交试验设计;对室内刚柔复合式试板的钻芯试件分别进行剪切与拉拔试验,研究不同刻槽参数组合对刚柔复合试件层间粘结强度的影响。试验结果表明:刻槽处治技术能显著提高刚柔复合试件的层间粘结强度;影响层间粘结强度的刻槽各因素主次顺序为刻槽宽度、刻槽深度和刻槽间距;最优参数组合为深度6 mm、宽度13 mm、间距16 mm,对抗剪强度和抗拉强度最大分别提高52.6%和87.7%;当刻槽宽度接近混合料最大粒径时,沥青混合料的骨料可以充分嵌入槽内形成紧密的结合面,有效增大粘结面积从而提升粘结强度。
In order to improve the interlayer bonding strength of the rigid and flexible composite pavement,aimed at interface grooving technique,three-factor four level orthogonal test design was carried out according to the three control parameters of groove depth,groove width and groove spacing.The effects of different groove parameters combination on the interlayer bonding strength of rigid and flexible composite specimens were studied by the laboratory shear test and pull out test of the core specimen of rigid and flexible composite test panels.The results show that:the interlayer bonding strength of the rigid and flexible composite specimen can be improved significantly by the grooving treatment.The main order of the factors affecting the bonding strength of the interlayer is the groove width,the groove depth and the groove spacing.The optimal combination of parameters is depth 6mm,width 13 mm,spacing 8mm,the maximum shear strength and tensile strength increased by 52.6%and 87.7%;When the groove width is close to the maximum particle size of the mixture,the aggregate of the asphalt mixture can be fully embedded in the groove to form a tight joint surface,effectively increase the bonding area to enhance the bond strength.
