城市发展下高速公路改建方案评价及断面设计研究

Evaluation of Freeway Reconstruction Plan and Study on Section Design under Urban Development

随着我国城市的飞速发展,城区面积不断扩大,一些处于郊区的高速公路逐渐进入了市区,成为了城市发展的障碍,急需进行城市化改造。这些高速公路在城市化改造中遇到了很大的困难,如红线宽度不足,新线位布置困难等。为了解决城市化改造面临的困难,提出了几种"进城高速公路"的改建方式,并且采用改进模糊层次分析法进行评价,以期得到最优的改建方式,同时针对改建时面临的一系列问题,提出"城郊高速公路"这种预先考虑城市化改造的高速公路,并且重点从横断面布设和纵断面标高两方面进行了研究。新建高速公路的线位如选在近郊区且有进入城市的可能,则可以按照城郊高速公路进行设计,日后采用所提出的方案进行改建,可避免城市化改造的各方面难题。

With the rapid development of cities,the urban area continues to expand,some freeways in the suburbs gradually entered the urban area,have become an obstacle to urban development,and needed to be urbanized.In accordance with the general standards of the design of the freeway in the urban transformation encountered great difficulties,such as the width,the layout of the new line is difficult.In order to solve the difficulties,this paper puts forward several kinds of rebuilding methods of“freeway in the city”,in order to get the optimal reconstruction mode,the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to evaluate,in order to get the optimal reconstruction mode.At the same time,in view of a series of problems in rebuilding,this paper puts forward"suburban freeway",which is a kind of freeway considering the urbanization transformation in advance,and the focus has been studied from two aspects of cross section layout and vertical elevation.The new freeway line such as the election in the suburbs and into the city,can be built according to the design index of suburban freeway,so as to avoid the problem of the day after the transformation of the city.
